If you are an ITN subscriber whose scheduled tour, cruise or flight was postponed or canceled by the tour company, cruise line or airline because of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, tell us how the company handled things, what you were offered and what the results were. Send copies of pertinent documents and, if possible, forward emails. Along with the company’s name and contact info plus your scheduled trip dates, include relevant facts and figures. If the tour or cruise had a title, name it.
