<p>Has anyone taken a Presidential river cruise with Vantage? We are considering the one on the Rhine and Moselle and have been pleased with them in the past, but the cost is about $2000 per couple more than their (similar) Switzerland and Rhine cruise and $3000 more than the "Romance of the Rhine and Moselle" with Grand Circle. We have been on many small ship tours with GCT, last year on the MS Bizet to Normandy which stands out as one of our very favorite tours ever although Grand Circle/OAT have always been beyond perfect! So if you could help us out by letting us know that the Presidential "bells and whistles" are worth it, we would really appreciate it.

My wife and I took their Presideent's cruise a couple of years ago. Started with 2 days in Paris, bus to pick up the boat on the River and then the cruise. It was nice but I can't really say it was worth the extra cost. We also took a combination Thailand tour with a 7 day cruise on the Star Flyer from Phuket to Singapore. A little better but not really. Hard to price as no one else does this.
