<p>I am trying to apply for a Vietnam Visa by mail to the consulate in Washington to avoid paying an agency fee. Has anyone tried this and how efficient is it? </p>

We did it about 10 years ago and it probably took 7-10 days to get it. Very efficient.

My sister and I did this 12 years ago and it took 7-10 days to get it. Easy.
