Tuvkhun Monastery - Mongolia

How steep is the hike up to Tuvkhun Monastery? About how long would it take from the nearest vehicle parking place? I'm trying to decide it my bad knee will make it to the monastery. All advice is appreciated.

I.ve not been to Mongolia, but perhaps you can query a tour company that does tours in Mongolia. I know that thirdeyetravel.com (American company) has tours to Mongolia but not to that particular monestary. They do private and custom tours.

It is quite a steady 1hr walk through the woods from where you normally have to park. Then once at the monastery - it is a steeper 20mins climb to experience the best views.
