We are going to be in Budapest, Vienna and Prague in May. We would love some recommendations in for some of the BEST local restaurants. In addition, we would appreciate some other great local restaurants for other dinners and lunches.

Prague restaurant
I was in Prague in 1998 and again in 2001, so this may be outdated. However, the restaurant I have in mind had been there a long time--it was a favorite of my hosts when they were courting--so one can hope it is still operating. Its name is Nebozizek and it is distinctive in that one reaches it by the funicular to the top of the hill. The view is wonderful and the food quite good. It's a crystal and white linens kind of place and, then at least, not at all expensive by even my midwest standards.
