Plastic Bags and Ziplock Bags in Tanzania & Kenya

We are planning a safari in Tanzania & Kenya and knew that both countries have banned Plastic Bags, "single use plastic bags"; what we just learned was that the Ziplock Bags for storing/transporting toiletries on planes are also banned in Tanzania. Does anyone have a suggestion as an alternative way of safely carrying liquids in one suitcase? Thanks
