we are planning a private, 2 person, 4 week trip to Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Patagonia region. Any experiences with this tour company that we should know?

Gave up and booked myself
I had an unsatisfactory exchange with them while trying to book a trip to Patagonia. See this thread on TA for details: http://tinyurl.com/cmyyjp3
However, I did get a follow up email from someone in the company apologizing and offering help if I had problems while traveling. I made my own arrangements and didn't have any problems.
