My wife and I are planning a two week trip to Cartagena, Colombia this summer to explore the Caribbean coast of Colombia. We're thinnking of taking a few days to visit to Tolu area and the Islas de San Bernardo. Has anybody visited these areas and have any recommendations, cautions, or information for things to do, places to stay. This is our first trip to Colombia and hope to make it a positive experience.
