Undiscovered Destinations has interesting itineraries. I couldn't find much on US message boards about it, since it is UK company, But it has favorable reviews on the Association of Independent Travel Organizations (UK) site- https://www.aito.com/undiscovered-destinations/reviews/1 I took the plunge and booked a trip for 2019 and it is already guaranteed. Mark Huggins answered by questions by return email and I found him very easy to work with. The company also takes credit cards.
