Croatia with Cromotion

While my husband, Pete, and I were in Croatia, Sept. 20-Oct. 6, 2015, we spent six days touring from Zagreb to Split. Our arrangements were booked through Marina Juras, who owns Cromotion (V. Podbrezje 28, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia; phone +385 1 6555 120, www.cromotion.eu), a small travel agency in Zagreb.

I found the website on TripAdvisor. The reviews of Marina, our guide Ivan and every Cromotion guide whom others had used were superlative, so I felt very comfortable in using her agency.

I emailed Marina with our thoughts for the short trip and promptly received a reply. She said that what we wanted to do was feasible and, long story short, we had a wonderful time with Ivan, who was very flexible and amenable to our ideas. All the sites visited were exceptional, as many were out-of-the-way places.

For the six days and five nights, we paid about $4,200, which included hotels at Zagreb, Trakošc´an, the Plitvice Lakes and Pag; services of the driver/guide Ivan, and entry fees to sightseeing sites.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this agency. Anyone interested in hearing further about Cromotion, please contact us at dpgc@islc.net.
