These are not private but are highlights. The Vatican and Sistine Chaple are must see. The Scavi http://saintpetersbasilica.org/Necropolis/ScaviTour.htm you have to get advance reservations, not sure time wise if you can still get them but you should try.
Get Rick Steves book on Rome, he has many sights to see and advise how to avoid the long lines by getting advance reservations.
