iVisa.com for online Indian e-visa application?

Has anyone used the services of iVisa.com to secure an Indian e-visa? I'm interested in hearing the good, the bad and the ugly about this company from anyone who has applied through iVisa.com. Thanks.

If you will only be entering India once (no detours to Nepal or Bhutan) you can get an e-visa. Otherwise you have to get a regular visa. (If that is the case you need to apply through Cox and Kings. You cannot go directly to the Indian government site. Visa agencies forward a regular application to Cox and Kings so you might as well save yourself some money).

You do not need to go to a service to get an e-visa. You can use the following link:
https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/tvoa.html. I had some questions and ended up calling the telephone number in India and they were very helpful
