I think there are more hotels per square mile in Hong Kong than any other place in the world! I'm sorry I can't make a spacific recommendation, but I can suggest a way to search. I like using tripadvisor.com. Put in a search for hotels in Hong Kong and your dates. The use the filters and indicate price of $75 - $125 and check 4-star and 5-star. Lots of choices will come up. Then read the reviews and see what people say about the hotel. You can check other filters, such as free breakfast, free wi-fi,etc. -- just play around with all the choices until you get a nice group to choose from.
