Bangladesh

My wife and I are members of the Travelers Century Club and ITN 100 list, and will be in Kolkata (Calcutta), India for a day and a half in April 2019. In looking at a map, we are about 3 hours from the Bangladesh border. One more country! Besides, just crossing the border, is there anything to do/see in just a couple hours, before turning back to Kolkata. With too many other places still to visit in the world, I can't imagine us scheduling an in-depth trip to Bangladesh; with apologies to Gary LeClair and his great article in the September issue.
