Two very active world travelers planning a trip in December 2011. Want to combine Ethiopia, Rwanda and Uganda. Need help. Any recommendations and personal input appreciated. Thank you so much!

I am heading to Ethiopia shortly and have been to Rwanda/Uganda.... i didn't want to write my phone or email here... hm - what happened to the option to send private email?
