Travelers who already hold tickets for 2018 FIFA World Cup soccer matches, being held in cities throughout Russia, will be able to enter the country visa-free with a FAN ID pass.

To receive the pass, a traveler must fill out the application at www.fan-id.ru and have the pass mailed to him before his departure. The pass is free.

A FAN ID allows visa-free entry to Russia between June 4 and July 15, 2018, and the pass holder can remain in Russia until July 25. Along with an event ticket, a FAN ID is required for admission to a game. On match days, the FAN ID allows for free public transportation to/from the stadium.

Last-minute match tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until July 15. Visit www.fifa.com/worldcup/organisation/ticketing/index.html.
