After a 3-month period of relative calm, Israeli armed forces killed at least six Palestinians and a Jordanian in the month of September following an escalation of knife and car attacks against Israelis, with 10 incidents reported during the week of Sept. 18-24, alone, during which at least nine Israelis were wounded.
