In Copenhagen, the art installation “Your Rainbow Panorama,” by Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson, is like a giant halo on a building. A circular “hallway” sided with colored glass, 150 meters long, three meters tall and three meters wide, it’s permanently installed on the rooftop of the ARoS Aarhus Kunstmuseum (Aros Allé 2, DK-8000 Århus C., Copenhagen, Denmark; phone +45 8730 6600). Visitors can see Århus Bay while walking through the elevated pathway.

Museum open 10-5 Tues.-Sun., 10-10 Wed. DKK95 (near $19) adult, DKK75 senior, and child under 18 free.

• Another work by Eliasson, “Your Blind Passenger,” runs till Nov. 27, 2011, at Copenhagen’s Arken Museum of Modern Art (Skovvej 100, DK-2635 Ishøj; phone +45 4354 0222). Walking through this 90-meter-long, fog-filled tunnel, other senses must be used. Open 10-5 Tues.-Sun., 10-9 Wed. DKK85 (near $17) adult, DKK70 senior, and child under 18 free.
