To receive your 8½"x11" certificate, personalized with your name and suitable for framing, list the countries shown below on a piece of paper, including the year you visited each, and send it in with a payment of $7 to The I Traveled Award, c/o ITN, 2116 28th St., Sacramento, CA 95818. The processing fee may be paid by check (payable to ITN) or credit card (Visa, M/C and AmEx accepted; include card number, expiration date and signature). Names of participants will be printed in ITN.
